RIEDHAMMER celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2024, 100 years of burning passion for technology and innovation.

The company, which is now wholly owned by the SACMI Group, has established itself over the last 100 years as both a pioneer and innovative market leader in industrial furnaces in a wide range of technologies and offers sustainable solutions for the challenges of the future for our business areas in carbon, sanitary and tableware ceramics, technical ceramics and refractory products. In particular, our latest kiln systems with greatly reduced energy consumption and emissions, our products for advanced materials and the lithium-ion battery market as well as our systems for recycling batteries and recyclable materials enable our customers to use RIEDHAMMER technologies, enabling our customers to improve the future of our world.

We proudly present the latest innovations for the Sanitaryware and Tableware sector:
Electrical heated kilns for sanitaryware and tableware the tunnel kilns TWS-E and TWT-E, the shuttle kiln HWS-E and the roller kiln TRS-E.
Combined with our highest electrical efficiency these kilns have ZERO CARBON EMISSIONS, also no restrictions within article size and shape. The hybrid heating is possible for all kilns now, shuttle kilns, roller kilns and tunnel kilns.

Based on RIEDHAMMER’S experiences in E-kilns from 1930, with so far more than 2.500 built E-kilns, all is built on solid and expert knowledge with advanced and future orientated process engineering concepts.
For the pioneering H2 heating, we present the new TWS EMS Neo, that is gas-fired with generally low-energy, the H2 heating is possible for zero emissions. 

Hydrogen kilns can be heated with various blends of H2, and H2 heating is available for all gas-fired kilns. RIEDHAMMER can also upgrade existing gas-heated kilns for H2 heating

RIEDHAMMER has initiated and continues to initiate many innovations in the field of industrial kilns. It is noteworthy that many topics have been taken up and implemented for different reasons over the course of the company's history - for example, the electric heating of kilns.

The current topic of sustainability and CO2 savings has always played one of the highest roles at RIEDHAMMR. The economical use of energy has always been one of the focal points of all oven concepts, but RIEDHAMMER has also always placed great emphasis on the durability and longevity of its systems.

Refractory

For the production of high-quality refractory bricks, maximum performance and reliability are essential. RIEDHAMMER offers a range of solutions tailored to different firing processes, ensuring optimal production results. Whether using hydrogen, electric, or highly energy-efficient gas heating systems, we help our customers significantly reduce their carbon footprint.

In addition to the already flexible shuttle kilns, modern and energy-efficient tunnel kilns can now also be operated flexibly. Our tempering kilns with integrated thermal post-combustion and highly efficient heat integration offer great advantages in terms of operating costs and our range is rounded off with kiln types such as an inert gas roller kiln for special refractory products. 

Sanitaryware

RIEDHAMMER offers a comprehensive range of kilns for sanitaryware production, renowned worldwide for their efficiency, quality, reliability, and low energy consumption. Our kilns are suitable for firing all types of sanitaryware, regardless of their complexity or sensitivity.

We deliver customized solutions with heating systems for all types of fuels and heating media, meeting both economic and environmental standards. Tableware

The production of tableware involves several processes, including drying, biscuit firing, glost firing, once firing, and decoration firing. RIEDHAMMER offers tailored solutions for each of these processes to ensure optimal firing results.

In partnership with the SACMI GROUP, RIEDHAMMER provides turnkey plant solutions, covering every stage from modeling and raw material preparation to shaping via traditional bench casting or pressure casting, automatic robot glazing lines, and product firing.
