TF22 Top Seal: high performance and fast changeovers
On the SACMI stand (located, once again, in Hall 4.1, booth A40), the spotlight will be on the TF22 Top Seal. Already popular thanks to its outstanding versatility and performance, this dual-head former is now available in a Top Seal version, ideal for making protective, tamper-evident packaging.
Designed to handle two formats simultaneously, the TF22 Top Seal offers fast-yet-precise changeovers, allowing it to work with both corrugated and compact cardboard, without the need for dedicated settings.
With output as high as 100 trays per minute, this machine is ideal for those looking to combine ultra-high performance with frequent changeovers. Furthermore, the TF22 Top Seal can handle an outer perimeter measuring just 10 mm, thus maximizing efficiency and reducing cardboard consumption, with a processable perimeter of up to 700x500 mm.
TF12 Small: compact yet versatile
Previewed in 2024, the TF12 Small is an evolution of the popular SACMI TF12 former. Compact and highly versatile, the TF12 Small is designed to form open-box, plaform and citrus fruit trays in corrugated cardboard: perfect for packaging dates or other fruits and vegetables.
Despite its considerable compactness, the TF12 Small can handle a broad range of formats, from the smallest to standard-size boxes, with an output capacity of up to 40 trays per minute.
Machine structure and control take their cue from the tried-and-tested TF12 standard. The 'Small’ delivers the same flexibility and performance but with the advantages of optimizing the available space and simplifying control and maintenance thanks to standardized components.
TF40 Imola with automatic changeover: speed and precision
The TF40 Imola model will be on show at Fruit Logistica in the new version with automatic corner assembly changeover. This forming machine is perfect for making platforms and trays with reinforced corners and can produce up to 40 pieces per minute.
On this version users have the advantage of all-new electronic control (with brushless motors) of reinforced corner assembly operations, improving precision and performance. Format changeovers are thus even faster and require no tools, enhancing efficiency.
