SACMI Packaging & Chocolate is set to play a key role at ProSweets 2025, the world’s biggest chocolate & confectionary technology trade fair, to be held in Cologne, Germany, from 2 to 5 February 2025. Hybrid Sweet Magic for Hollow Figures: Festive Season wrapping magic

H-SM is an exclusive new machine from SACMI Packaging & Chocolate, specially designed to wrap the hollow chocolate figures that are particularly popular at Christmas. What makes it innovative is the introduction of a servo motor system capable of controlling the string applicator in hybrid mode: this lets manufacturers transform each wrapped product into a unique decoration, perfect to hang on the Christmas tree. With an output rate of 140 pieces per minute, this wrapping machine combines performance, outstanding aesthetics and creativity to produce unique products.
 

HTB, for flexible wrapping and complex inclusions

SACMI’s HTB machine pushes the boundaries of chocolate tablet packaging technology even further. After redefining the market standards for speed and wrapping quality, HTB now has some major new features such as the ability to use outer pre-cut paper for the external wrapping as an alternative to pre-cut cardboard. Additionally, it can now process bars with whole inclusions, such as protruding hazelnuts.
