Sophisticated laboratory equipment for determination of mechanical & thermal properties as well as grain size distribution and chemical composition of the raw materials, are available in our laboratories.

Body development and optimization

Selection of suitable raw-materials for a given task, recipe development and optimisation, selection / adaptation of optimal binder systems, adjustment of grain size distribution etc

Toll Production

This allows international customers to have newly developed products manufactured for a limited time. Products that are required only in small lots and for which a separate production plant would not be economical can be supplied recurrently on call order.

Plant engineering

Team plant engineering covers the full range of plant sections required for ceramic processing, from raw materials preparation to packaging for shipment. Our engineers assist you from the early stage of plant concept definition through every step of engineering and realization until commissioning is successfully finished.
