Die Druckgussmaschine Typ PCW010 3x5 produziert im Vollgussverfahren eine Vielzahl von Henkeln und anderen kleinen Keramikartikeln. Durch die Verwendung einer dreiteiligen Form mit Entformung in horizontaler Position ist es möglich, auf einfacher und effizienter Weise eine große Anzahl an Henkel herzustellen.

Diese Druckgussanlage ist Teil eines vollautomatisierten Fertigungsprozesses von Bechern inklusive des Angarnierens der Henkel. Ein Handling-Roboter entnimmt die Henkel und garniert diese direkt an den Becher.
