«Full digital» decoration and finishing, process control
SACMI’s advanced decoration and finishing solutions let manufacturers create products with
unrivalled aesthetic and natural effects. New filling devices on the Continua+ make it possible to coordinate in-body and on-surface slab decorations.
Downstream, ‘
Deep Digital’ - the exclusive SACMI system for dry and wet digital decoration - comes into play. More and more of the industry’s leading players are selecting the ‘full digital’ configuration, with
DDG, DHD, DDG machines coordinated in sequence. The result: unparalleled textural-material and aesthetic effects, plus all the advantages of integrated digital graphics control.
SACMI offers a broad range of
finishing technologies: lapping, polishing, cutting and squaring solutions, designed and built by BMR and equipped with latest-generation systems to enhance performance and reduce tool consumption.
Digitalization and process control form the cornerstones of the SACMI Easy Factory. With its comprehensive range of SACMI-Italvision inspection systems, SACMI is driving the ‘digital evolution’ of the plant thanks to quality controls at every stage of production and feedback-powered machine adjustment.
New FMN roller kiln: competitiveness and performance
Italian quality, local engineering and components: the new
single-layer roller kiln embodies all the tried and tested strengths of the SACMI Maestro range, already a market standard-setter with hundreds of machines installed worldwide.
Available in a wide variety of widths and lengths, the FMN meets manufacturers’ every production need. High-performance and competitive, the FMN
reduces consumption and maintenance, thanks also to an extensive standard equipment set (e.g. inverter fans, insulating blocks for the kiln roof).
Maximum
versatility to cope with specific production scenarios is a key feature of the FMN, which can run on natural gas but also lean gas, diesel or dual fuel as per needs. What’s more, the FMN natively integrates the
heat recovery system, offering opportunities for ‘
zero fuel’ operation of single-layer or multi-layer dryers.
