With the IPS220, SACMI takes preform production technology to new heights: in recent years it has built up the range to include high-tonnage models, allowing manufacturers to meet all their volume requirements and production needs.
The IPS240 is a new smart solution specifically designed for the African market, where many bottlers are choosing to self-produce caps and preforms with SACMI turnkey plants by combining the CCM compression press with the IPS injection press.
The new IPS240 has up to 96 molds and, like its bigger sister machines, has been designed with an integrated PVS system to control the process and an exclusive Cool+® system incorporated in the mold to shorten cycle times and raise quality.
