At FACHPACK 2024, SACMI Packaging & Chocolate will exhibit two of its most recent technological innovations in secondary packaging:
- the OPM-brand ADVANCE 334 packaging machine: this latest-generation 3-function solution features ultra-high productivity (up to 800 products and 150 closed boxes per minute). The innovative linear motor system renders box forming, filling and closing independent of each other, thus maximizing line efficiency and versatility, especially where frequent format changeovers are required. Furthermore, the pick robot optimizes the ergonomics of blank loading tasks.
- the SACMI-brand TF22 tray former: previewed in 2023, the TF22 is a dual-head former that ensures precision at speeds as high as 180 trays per minute. The machine supports various tray types and ensures fast, easy size changeovers. Now available in a Top Seal version for protective, tamper-proof packaging, the TF22 is a versatile high-performance solution that covers a wide range of packaging geometries.
Dedicated service for the DACH area
Close customer support through local facilities that provide fast, efficient technical and sales services is a SACMI hallmark throughout Europe and the world. For example, on the German market, SACMI Packaging & Chocolate is coordinated via its own assistance facility in the
DACH area (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
