Continua+, hyper-productive and versatile

Designed to add value to ceramic products, SACMI technologies will play a leading role at Revestir 2026. Slab/tile forming lines and high-capacity kilns are key cornerstones in the SACMI offering. On the forming side, in fact, there’s now the option of choosing Continua+ in a hyper-fast configuration (up to 14 linear meters per minute, or over 35,000 square meters per day).

Providing highly versatile control of size and thickness (from 3 to 30 mm) with various body types, Continua+ guarantees high-quality compaction and extremely low specific consumption (<0.04 kWh/m²). In addition to higher productivity it also has a wider compaction front - up to 2 meters - to allow more flexible management of the most popular sizes on the market. 

Moreover, zero waste and lower running costs are just two of the advantages that stem from integration of the digital controls provided by Italvision, available for every stage of the process.

The Rio Claro technical hub and e-support

The operational heart of the machine and spare parts support service is the SACMI technical hub in Rio Claro, which covers the entire Brazilian and South American market. Here, teams provide close support - for both machines and processes - in concert with the Italian parent company.
Alongside on-site services, SACMI invests heavily in new digital tools and services: SACMI e-support is completely free of charge for the customer and provides fast, effective assistance from afar. 
In 2025 alone, SACMI do Brasil handled over 1,500 assistance tickets, with customers being able to rely on fast response times and constant support. This high-added-value service stems from SACMI’s focus on new skills and digital tools, all of which are designed to optimize service and maximize customer satisfaction. 

Dryer and kiln revamping: efficiency, sustainability, control

Sanitaryware and tableware: new ‘tesserae’ in the SACMI automation mosaic

The world’s leading provider of individual machines and complete plants for Sanitaryware and Tableware, SACMI will, at Revestir, showcase an even broader portfolio of solutions that meet every production, storage and logistics need. For example, in the Tableware sector SACMI has added the Lippert range, offering solutions that - from forming to glazing and automatic kiln loading- focus on machine interconnection, with various high-level projects and sales being completed over the year.
