The new Governance model, applied to a Group of the size of SACMI, with over 5,200 employees, many subsidiaries and a strong international presence, ensures better and greater capacity for strategic direction, while maintaining clarity, synthesis, effectiveness and speed of decision-making, distinction of roles and tasks of the various bodies and coordination of the entities involved in the strategic plan.
Conceived and elaborated in 2017, this model has become a fundamental part of the very nature of the organisation since January 2018, also through the timely involvement of the SACMI Global Network, considering its essential role to achieve the objectives set in terms of development and global articulation of the business.
